My experience in large orgs… they’re often selling and rarely truth seeking. Selling strategy, selling agendas, selling new shiny pennies they want sales teams to sell customers. They cling to decks because they cling to an old idea sales need slide decks. Bad habits die hard. ABD.

100% agree, and I love the idea that memos can be a driver away from that selling ethos. Form and function often go hand in hand.
